I am so sore and tired today! I ran a mile before practice, then did 1 1/2 hours of drills then 30 min of games. Wow! When I got home I made a bologna,cheese and Doritos sandwich. It tasted sooooooooo good! Then I washed it down with milk and cookies!
I am so happy to be back in the game, I don't know how I lived without it for those 2 months. Today I was at the net almost ready to block but didn't for some reason, and a girl yelled, get up there and use that 48 inch vertical you got! All the high jumping helped! I get nervous every single time I block though, but I keep doing it. Coach doesn't cringe anymore.
Oh! Gotta pick up Mikaala from cheer!
